Hello, and welcome! Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I am glad you are here. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and collaborative. I believe healing often happens through connection, and I view therapy as a partnership where we work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and create goals that align with your values. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Levels 1 and 2, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families as they explore relationship patterns, attachment experiences, communication challenges, and personal growth. I shape our work together around your goals, drawing on systemic and strengths-based approaches to support emotional awareness, stronger relationships, and a renewed sense of possibility. Therapy is a shared process, and you can expect me to walk alongside you as you discover new ways of understanding yourself and connecting with the people in your life. Thank you for considering working with me. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
