Many people move through life appearing capable on the outside while quietly carrying anxiety, overwhelm, or past hurts. You may be used to being the strong one for others, while not always having a space for yourself. Therapy offers a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin creating meaningful change.
I provide a warm, supportive, and trauma-informed space where you can explore your experiences without pressure or judgment. Our work together is collaborative, focused on strengthening coping skills, improving relationships, and helping you move through life with greater clarity and emotional balance.
I work with adults, children, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, parenting challenges, and emotional regulation. My approach integrates Brainspotting, EMDR, and other evidence-based and creative interventions, allowing therapy to be both structured and flexible based on your needs. I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space and proudly serve as an advocate and ally to the LGBTQ+ community.
Seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to holding everything together on your own. I strive to create a space that feels calm, genuine, and supportive, where you can show up exactly as you are. If you’re ready, I welcome the opportunity to work together.
