Hello! My name is Brenna, and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee currently earning my master’s degree in Counseling at Daybreak University. I’m completing my practicum at Horizon Counseling Center under the supervision of Susan Harrison, LMFT, where I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens.
I approach therapy through an attachment-based lens, with the belief that our relationships and early experiences shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively with clients to explore challenges, increase self-understanding, and move toward meaningful growth. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion into each session, and aim to meet you exactly where you are.
