Kaitlynn Moore, Trainee
Supervised by Jeff Beesley, LMFT, 105525

Welcome! My name is Kaitlynn Moore, and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee at Horizon Family and Community Services. I am passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges and move toward growth, healing, and resilience. I have experience working with clients facing a wide variety of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, family conflict, stress, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as clients experiencing OCD and related disorders and depressive disorders.

My approach to therapy is strengths-based, with the belief that each person already possesses unique abilities and resilience that can support meaningful change and growth. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Structural Therapy to help clients better understand themselves, build healthier patterns, and create lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

I’m currently earning my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. I receive weekly clinical supervision from Jeff Beesley, LMFT 105525 to ensure ethical, effective, and compassionate care.

Thank you for considering working with me. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
