I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee supervised by Susan Harrison, LMFT #93612. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences, supporting concerns such as substance use, domestic violence, parenting challenges, and major life transitions including grief and divorce.
My approach is grounded in client-centered and family systems therapy, with an emphasis on understanding each person within the context of their relationships, culture, and lived experience. I view you as the expert in your own life and work collaboratively to explore patterns and challenges in a way that fosters clarity, healing, and meaningful change. I am especially passionate about supporting women and men, children, and families in building resilience and strengthening relationships as they move through life’s challenges.
I have a background working with children and adolescents from kindergarten through 12th grade, which allows me to connect with youth from a variety of backgrounds while supporting parents in understanding developmental and behavioral needs within their family and cultural context. I also help individuals and families navigate high-stress situations with structure, support, and a steady, compassionate presence.
